This dominant medical facility in Coos Bay, Oregon had outgrown their primary hospital building and was looking to relocate their administrative offices away from the main building as well as have a separate clinic building located on site.
All interior finishes were required to be medical grade, like solid surface flooring, stainless steel work counters and custom exam room cabinetry, as well upgraded tape and textured walls for a common office appearance.
Both buildings were installed on permanent, concrete stem wall foundations and completed with cement fiber lap siding. Then sidewalks and parking lots were completing the hospital campus, with concrete ADA access to both buildings, with site installed entry porches.
