South Valley Bank
South Valley Bank came to Modern to provide temporary swing space for its market expansion during the initial three years of its growth. The building would then be relocated to another community and a larger structure will replace the modular unit on the same site. The building was primarily designed to be moved several times, but to convey a sense of permanence and stability the owner opted to utilize high-quality products throughout the building. These upgrades insured the investment of the client would continue to be cost-effective when the building is relocated.
