The Oregon Child Development Coalition (OCDC), who provides childcare services to under served and low income families. OCDC acquired an existing church based daycare facility in Salem, Oregon and immediately contracted with Modern to add six additional classrooms to the small campus that originally had five classrooms. Modern provided complete turnkey services including: Permits, utility connections, phone, data, security and fire alarm systems, sidewalks and ramps, as well as landscaping and fencing for the playground. The classrooms all included restrooms, solid surface flooring and wall panels, extensive storage cabinets to create a long lasting, sustainable teaching and learning environment.
