PRIMARY PURPOSE:  Provides administrative and general office coordination in support of the Sales Team, Operations Manager, and Branch Manager.  Also, maintains the flow of paperwork between departments and customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

  • Processes various lease and sales support documentation.
  • Assists in preparation of proposals, RFI’s, and contracts.
  • Ensures that contracts, bid requests, change orders, permits, and other documentation are received, obtained or provided in a timely manner.
  • Schedules maintenance and service calls.
  • Maintains Branch Lease Fleet and Transportation permits and schedule
  • Assists the Branch Manager and Operations Manager with other duties as needed.

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Job requires a minimum of four years of executive level office and project coordination experience, with strong computer skills and a basic understanding of construction principles. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.  Knowledge of Local and State Transportation permitting helpful. The ideal candidate will have experience in an architectural, engineering, or construction office environment.
